Chronic Disease Management
An electronic patient recall system has been implemented in the service the Data Management Officer supports the system and trains staff. Medical Specialist Outreach Program in Alice Springs make regular scheduled visits to the community and overseer care planning for the chronic disease management.

10am - 12 noon Saturday
